Dr Kenny Wong

He initially trained as a Physician at the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne, subsequently obtaining his specialist qualification after trainings at the Austin Nuclear Medicine & PET Centre and St Vincent Nuclear Medicine department, Melbourne. He later acquired a post fellow qualification in DDU (General Ultrasound).Kenny has extensive experience in both nuclear medicine and general ultrasound working in both hospital and private settings. He has worked in many different practices in Launceston, Greater Melbourne, Ballarat and Canberra. His main passions are cardiovascular, skeletal and thyroid/parathyroid imaging, particularly using low dose SPECT/CT technology.As a Physician, he adopts a very clinical approach to nuclear medicine stress testing and general ultrasonography.
