I-MED is committed to the ongoing development of our staff and provides study and conference leave for staff so that they can meet continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. Each year the Network organises a national radiologist conference, and state-based technical events. We also run a number of in-house training courses investing in the leadership and management capabilities of our staff; frontline supervisor development; sales force / medical liaison officer development; and customer service development.

The Recruitment Process
Thank you for considering the I-MED Radiology Network as a perspective employer. To submit your application please visit the vacancies page and 'apply' for the position/s of interest, you will receive confirmation of receipt on screen. Post review and assessment of your application for openings across the network, the I-MED recruitment team will advise of next steps/outcomes.
Initial interviews are often undertaken via telephone. Second interviews are face-to-face meetings conducted by I-MED Managers and Clinic Leaders across the Network. For interested doctors, the recruitment team will work with you to identify personal preferences and introduce you to the respective Business Unit General Manager/s.

Upon joining the I-MED Radiology Network you will be provided with a comprehensive pre-employment pack which contains your employment contract, position description, our policies, and any other details relevant to your offer. This will be shared with you electronically via the I-MED on-boarding portal. Post commencement, your new Manager will provide you with appropriate induction, training program and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
