Dr. James Bain completed a Bachelor of Science with Honors in organic chemistry at Sydney University before moving to Canberra to complete his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and eventually a Master of Surgery at Sydney University. Dr Bain was ultimately drawn to the field of Radiology and returned to Canberra to complete his Radiology training at Canberra Hospital.

He has presented research at national conferences on body MRI, focusing on liver and bladder malignancy, and is undertaking further training with I-MED Radiology in advanced Musculoskeletal Imaging.

Dr. Ng is a Consultant Radiologist with subspecialty interests in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, and Chest Radiology. With a passion for continuous learning and innovation, Dr Ng thrives in the ever-evolving field of diagnostic imaging.

Dr Ng earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (First Class Honours) from the International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia, in 2014, followed by a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the Australian National University (ANU) in 2016. Furthering her academic expertise, Ng completed a Graduate Diploma of Anatomy at Macquarie University in 2018.

Drawn to radiology for its flexibility, work-life balance and intellectual challenge, Dr Ng finds great fulfillment in the specialty, appreciating the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care through diagnostic imaging.

Beyond medicine, Dr Ng enjoys floral arranging and travel, embracing creativity and exploration outside of work. Whether refining her craft in radiology or indulging in personal interests, Dr Ng is dedicated to both professional excellence and a well-rounded life.

Dr Ng is working across all 4 Canberra I-MED clinics located at Deakin, Belconnen, Woden and Tuggeranong.
