Graham Baker

Graham is Chief Financial Officer of Jardine Matheson, I-MED's ultimate parent company, having joined its Board in 2020.

Graham has extensive international experience in financial management, corporate strategy and executive leadership, particularly across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to joining Jardine Matheson, Graham was Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Smith+Nephew in the United Kingdom from 2017 to 2020. He previously spent 20 years with AstraZeneca PLC, holding a range of senior leadership roles in the United Kingdom and internationally, including in Japan and Singapore. He subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer of global pharmaceutical company Alvogen.

Graham holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
