Lincoln Pan

Lincoln is Chief Executive Officer of Jardine Matheson, I-MED's ultimate parent company, a position he has held since December 2025. He has extensive international experience in investment management, corporate leadership and strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Jardine Matheson, Lincoln was a Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at PAG, one of Asia Pacific's largest alternative investment firms, where he also served on the Group Executive Committee. He previously held senior executive roles at Willis Towers Watson, Advantage Partners and GE Capital, and worked at McKinsey & Company.

Lincoln is currently Chair of DFI Retail Group, a Director of Hongkong Land and THACO, and a Commissioner of Astra International and United Tractors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Williams College and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He is also qualified to practise law in the State of New York.
