Professor the Hon Greg Hunt

Professor the Hon Greg Hunt joined the I-MED board as Non-Executive Director on 9 October 2026.
He brings extensive leadership experience across Australia’s health system, public policy, and medical research, having notably served as Australia’s Minister for Health from 2017 to 2022, and previously as Minister for Industry, Innovation, and Science.

Currently serving as Chair of the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health Advisory Council at Monash University, Professor Hunt also holds academic roles at the University of Melbourne and University College London. His deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and commitment to innovation will be invaluable in supporting I-MED’s continued growth, investment in new technologies, and mission to improve patient access to high-quality diagnostic imaging across Australia.
