Dr Adelaine Wong

Dr. Adelaine Wong is a radiologist with a subspecialty in Musculoskeletal Radiology. She also performs imaging guided procedures including fine needle aspirations, biopsies and injections. 

She was born and raised in Canada but recently relocated to Coffs Harbour, NSW from Tweed Heads/ Gold Coast. She received her degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, before obtaining her medical degree at the University of Calgary. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Saskatchewan. She subsequently completed a clinical and a research fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of California San Diego with Dr. Donald Resnick. She has worked and taught around the world in musculoskeletal radiology, including Winnipeg, (Canada), Taranaki (New Zealand), and Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). She is qualified in Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia, becoming a fellow of RANZCR in 2019. She has published in international peer reviewed journals, teaches and participates in multidisciplinary meetings.
