Dr Martin Young

Dr Martin Young has 30 years experience as a radiologist.

Born and educated in Melbourne, he has worked in public and private practice in regional Australia, initially in Bendigo, Victoria and from 1991 to 2009 in Tamworth.

He was director of Department of Radiology and Ultrasound at the then Tamworth Base Hospital for 10 years and was founding designated radiologist for BreastScreen NSW NorthWest.

He moved to Armidale in 20007 and took up the position as Radiologist at Armidale Radiology in May 2009, where he has been happily working full time since.

He has continued to develop his professional skills, most recently obtaining accreditation in CT coronary angiography
