Dr Rahul Anand

Dr Rahul Anand is a dual qualified RANZCR radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist. He grew up in New Zealand and studied medicine at the University of Auckland. After working as a junior doctor across a variety of specialties, he returned to Auckland to complete his radiology training.

Drawn to the field by a passion for technology and innovation, Dr Anand appreciates both the broad clinical knowledge radiology demands and the pivotal role radiologists play in multidisciplinary patient care. He has a particular interest in PET imaging and its potential to transform how disease is diagnosed and monitored across medicine.

His subspecialty interests include oncology, head and neck imaging, lymphoma and emergency radiology.
