Dr Sheyamalan Pathmini

Dr Sheyamalan Pathmini graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 2002. She completed postgraduate training in Radiology at the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka from 2006-2010. Dr Pathmini extended further training in the United Kingdom at Royal Liverpool University Hospital, and Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital from 2011-2012. Since then she has worked as a Consultant Radiologist in Sri Lanka mainly at Teaching Hospital Jaffna. Dr Pathmini joined the I-MED Radiology Network in Northwest Tasmania in 2019 and attained FRANZCR in 2022. 

Outside of work, Dr Pathmini’s interests are travelling and gardening.
