About Dr Victor Mansberg

Dr Victor Mansberg is a dual qualified radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist. His areas of interest include body and molecular imaging, oncology and theranostics. He is skilled in Hybrid cross-sectional imaging correlation especially PET/CT which is optimal for diagnosis and oncology staging. 

Dr Victor Mansberg obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of New South Wales and later completed his radiology training at St. Vincent's Hospital Sydney in 1995 and nuclear medicine Fellowship at the Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney in 1997. Thereafter he undertook advanced training in PET/CT and Body MRI at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre New York (MSKCC). Dr Mansberg has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed literature. He has been a lecturer for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists training programme as well as the University of New South Wales and as the Director of Nuclear Medicine at the Cabrini Institute in Melbourne. Since 2013, Dr Mansberg has been an active member of the non-for-profit organisation, Radiologists Across Borders. He has provided radiology education, training and support in the regional Pacific Islands and is the lead Radiologist for PNG.
