The chat is available on our website at any time. However, the ability to connect with a real team member is available during business hours only.

The chat can help you with general enquiries, clinic information, preparation enquiries, pricing and billing information. Soon Imogen will be able to also help you book or reschedule and appointment.

Yes, the chat can assist with general billing queries by providing guidance on how to pay bills via Bpay or provide contact details for the Accounts Receivable department should you need further assistance

Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists you can report this via the report chat function. Imogen will also display a message when any technical difficulties are encountered.
