I-MED Radiology referral templates are handy if you like to complete your I-MED image request while staying within your practice management software. Simply download the appropriate rich text file (RTF) template file and save it to your PMS.

Downloading a template

If you’d like to complete your I-MED image request from inside your practice management software, simply download the appropriate RTF template file from the table above and save it to your PMS.

Once you’ve saved the file into your PMS, it means any time you need to send us an image request, you can just open the document and complete. Many fields will pre-populate from the associated patient record.

As part of the MBS review of cardiac imaging services, new myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) items and descriptions were introduced on 1st August, 2020.

To assist practitioners, we have developed a myocardial perfusion image request as an RTF template.

Editable PDF referral

Practitioners can also use I-MED Radiology’s editable PDF image request. This may be useful when you are away from your practice management software or internet connection.
