Dr Leyla Beck

Dr Leyla Beck graduated from medical school in 2003. Dr Beck then completed a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in thoracic aortic aneurysms at the University of QLD in 2008. She completed her radiology training at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) in 2016. She reports a wide range of medical imaging including general radiology, emergency medicine, HRCT, and MSK. Dr Beck holds cardiac CT accreditation and is also passionate about imaging for occupational lung disease, achieving a NIOSH B Reading certificate. She also performs a wide range of ultrasound and CT guided procedures such as intra-abdominal and chest drain insertion, lumbar puncture, fine needle aspirations, biopsies, and MSK procedures.
