Dr Richard Hodgson
About Dr Richard Hodgson
After completing his basic medical degree at the University of Tasmania, Dr Hodgson moved to Queensland for specialist training in Radiology at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Following completion of a musculoskeletal MRI fellowship in 2011, Dr Hodgson worked in a Queensland Radiology private practice for three years before returning to his home state to work with I-MED Radiology on a part time basis.
Dr Hodgson also works part time at the Royal Hobart Hospital's Medical Imaging Department where he helps supervise the trainee Radiology doctors. Richard has an interest in Cardiac CT which compliments his honors thesis in coronary artery flow.
