About Dr Stephen Currin

Dr Stephen Currin is a specialist radiologist with subspecialty expertise in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention, hepatobiliary, urogenital and gastrointestinal and oncologic imaging.

Dr Currin earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Otago in 2009 and trained in radiology at Dunedin Hospital in New Zealand before undertaking further subspecialist training with fellowships in abdominal radiology at The Ottawa Hospital in Canada and musculoskeletal imaging in the USA under world renowned Dr Stephen Pomeranz. Dr Currin was awarded fellow of the year whilst in Canada. Dr Currin has published various scholarly articles in international peer reviewed journals in anatomy, emergency radiology, abdominal radiology and prostate MRI.Dr Currin is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.
