About Dr Vincent Healy

Dr Vincent Healy was educated in Ireland where he completed his MB Bch, MRCPI in 1984 at the National University Ireland and in 1988 completed his FRCR in London.

Dr Healy completed a twelve month fellowship at Stanford University (UCSC) specialising in MRI, Musculoskeletal Imaging and CT Chest and Body imaging. Whilst working at Stanford University, Vincent was responsible for postgraduate teaching and clinical programs. He was involved in several research projects and has published many papers. Vincent expanded his experience in 1990 by undertaking a twelve month clinical fellowship at University of Texas. He then came to Australia and worked as a full time consultant at St John of God Hospital, Ballarat. In February 1992 he became a partner of East Melbourne Radiology and following a merger in 2002, a member of the I-MED Network and Clinic Director at Camberwell Medical Imaging. Vincent has also been a sessional radiologist in MRI at the Mercy Private Hospital.
