Zita Peach

Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairperson

Ms Peach is an experienced Non-Executive Director with more than 40 years’ experience across global healthcare sectors. She currently serves on the boards of ASX-listed Monash IVF Group, Icon Group, Nucleus Network, VetPartners and is Chair of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute.

Her executive career also includes senior roles at Fresenius Kabi, CSL Limited and Merck Sharp & Dohme, where she built deep expertise in scaling businesses, international expansion and complex transactions.

Zita is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.
