We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule your upcoming appointment.
1. Cancel appointment online (for some appointments only)
If your appointment was made with our online booking platform, you can easily manage your booking through the confirmation email you received. This quick and easy method allows you to make changes at your convenience.
Within the email, under the subheading ‘Important things to note about your appointment’, there is a dot point that says, ‘You can make changes to your appointment here’. Click ‘here’ and follow the instructions. You will need to authenticate your identity, via your date of birth and a one-time password, to manage your appointment.
