We believe that our patients' thoughts and opinions can provide valuable insights, allowing us to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement, ultimately enabling us to deliver the best possible care.
Measuring patient satisfaction with the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
To gauge our patient satisfaction level with the care and services we provide, we use the Net Promoter Score (NPS) which serves as a valuable tool for assessing our performance.
When a patient completes our feedback survey, we'll ask them to rate their likelihood of recommending us on a scale from 0 to 10. If they rate us 9 or 10, they're considered a promoter, and if they rate us 0 to 6, they're considered a detractor.
We calculate the NPS score by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, which gives us a score between -100 and 100.
