If a doctor electronically requests a radiology test for you, you will receive a link via text message. This secure link will allow you to conveniently book your appointment, saving you time and effort. To ensure the utmost security and protect your confidential information, we have implemented additional measures to verify your identity. When you receive the link to book your appointment, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth and a one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile number at that time. This two-step verification process ensures that only you, the authorised patient, can access and book the appointment online.
2. Accessing results
After your visit to our clinic, we will send you a secure access link via SMS. When you receive the link to view your images, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth and a one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile number at that time. This will then grant you access to view your images and results dashboard, empowering you to stay informed about your health status.
3. Invoice payment request/reminders
In cases where out-of-pocket payment is required and not settled on the service date, or if you attend a hospital emergency or are admitted to an inpatient ward, our accounts team will issue a link to our secure payment portal via SMS. Upon first-time access, patients will be required to create a password to access their payment portal thereafter. This ensures a hassle-free and secure payment process for you.
