Account payment options

Pay online by credit card
You can pay your account online via ‘Bpoint’, our secure online payments gateway. We accept online payments with Visa or MasterCard. We will send you a receipt on the next business day. To pay online, please click on the Biller Code that appears on your invoice (the code appears next to the BPAY symbol at the bottom of the invoice).
Pay by BPAY
Contact your financial institution to register for BPAY. After registering, look for the BPAY details on the bottom of your I-MED Radiology invoice.
Pay by telephone
You can make a payment over the telephone 24/7 by calling 1300 868 054. You’ll need your I-MED invoice number and Visa or MasterCard to complete the payment. We will send you a receipt on the next business day.
Pay in person
You can pay in person at any of our clinics, in more than 230 locations around Australia. We accept cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
I-MED Radiology's new electronic invoice system
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we're phasing out paper invoices and replacing them with SMS (mobile text message) invoice delivery.
How it works
When an invoice is ready for payment, I-MED Accounts will send a secure link via text message to the mobile number registered on your patient account, enabling access and allowing you to view, download and manage payments online.
The first time you access the system, you will be required to create a password to access your online payment system. This password should be at least eight characters long with at least one upper case letter, number and special character.
We're phasing out paper invoices gradually and are adding more sites with SMS invoice delivery all the time.
Access online payment portal
You can also view and manage your payments through the I-MED Radiology website portal. Once you have set up your I-MED Accounts log in credentials, access the payment portal via the link below.
