Account payment options

Pay online by credit card
You can pay your account online via ‘Bpoint’, our secure online payments gateway. Online payments are accepted via Visa or MasterCard. A receipt will be sent to you the next business day. To pay online, please click on the Biller code that appears on your invoice (the biller code appears next to the BPAY symbol at the bottom of the invoice.
Pay by BPAY
Contact your financial institution to register for BPAY. Once registered, look for the BPAY details on the bottom of your I-MED Radiology invoice.
Pay by telephone
Payment via telephone can be made 24/7 by calling 1300 868 054. You’ll need your I-MED invoice number and Visa or MasterCard to complete the payment. A receipt will be sent to you the next business day.
Pay in person
You can pay in person at any of clinics, in more than 230 locations around Australia. We accept cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
I-MED Radiology's new electronic invoice system
As part of our commitment to sustainability, I-MED Radiology is phasing out the use of paper invoices with SMS (mobile text message) invoice delivery system.
How it works
Once an invoice is ready for payment, I-MED Accounts will send a secure link via text message to the mobile number registered on the patient account. This link will enable access to the patient account, allowing the patient to view, download and manage payments online.
Upon first-time access, patients will be required to create a password to access their online payment system thereafter. This password should be at least eight characters long with at least one upper case letter, number and special character.
Please note, only limited sites are set up with electronic invoice delivery. Over 2023 and 2024, more sites will continue to replace paper invoices with electronic SMS delivery.
Access online payment portal
You can also view and manage your payments through the I-MED Radiology website portal. Once you have set up your I-MED Accounts log in credentials, access the payment portal via the link below.
Should patients experience difficulties paying their account, they are encouraged to contact our Accounts Department on (03) 8587 5344 during business hours (Mon-Fri) or by email at accounts@i-med.com.au to discuss possible payment arrangements. Please note that our Accounts team are based in Melbourne, therefore business hours are based on the local Melbourne time.
