At your healthcare consultation, your doctor sends your e-Referral to us. We process the referral and send you an SMS with a booking link. You can access this link to book your appointment online - some of the more complex procedures will still require a phone call from us to confirm.

Any preparation needed for your scan is outlined on the booking portal when you select the scan and procedure you require. You can reschedule or cancel your booking at any time though our online booking system. 

Our clinic staff are also available on the phone, and you can choose to call the clinic once you receive the booking link on your phone, if this is preferable for you. 

e-Referrals save time and make sure all necessary information is readily available to your all healthcare providers; e-Referrals also reduce errors and improve the accuracy of patient data.
