To maintain your access to your I-MED Radiology bookmark, it may be necessary to upgrade your InteleViewer version before the upcoming PACS system security update. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade.

Important service update

An upgrade to your InteleViewer version may be required to maintain your access to the I-MED Radiology bookmarks. As we prepare to implement a security update to our PACS system, we ask that you please upgrade your InteleViewer versions 4-12-1 and preceding, as they will cease to function post security update.

Who needs to upgrade? 

An upgrade is only required if you meet the following conditions:

  1. You are using an InteleViewer version 4-12-1 or preceding, and
  2. You access InteleViewer via a Windows PC; or
  3. You access InteleViewer via a MAC operating system, please follow our guide below.

Mac users: What if my macOS is not supported? keyboard_arrow_down

Due to InteleViewer software incompatibility with some of the later releases of macOS (Monterey, Ventura) we discourage upgrading to the latest version of InteleViewer, as you may experience performance issues with the software due to the incompatibility.
