Dr Andrew Rotstein

Dr Andrew Rotstein

Dr Andrew Rotstein (MBBS, FRANZCR) is the clinical director of MRI, CT and Nuclear medicine at Victoria House Medical Imaging. Andrew has a keen interest in musculoskeletal radiology and is a local expert in Radiology guided musculoskeletal and spinal injections.

Andrew is a Monash University graduate and a former Melbourne University anatomy tutor. Andrew trained as a Radiologist at Royal Melbourne Hospital and subsequently completed fellowships in Neuroradiology, Breast imaging and Musculoskeletal imaging. 

Andrew has given numerous radiology presentations at national conferences and is actively involved in 3T MRI and ultrasound research. Andrew is a Radiology specialist for athletes of AFL teams, Cricket Australia, Australian Open tennis, VIS, Rugby and A-league soccer teams. 

He was an official Radiologist for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games and has an ongoing involvement in trainee education at Victoria House Medical Imaging and Melbourne University.

Dr Frank Burke

Dr Frank Burke

Dr Frank Burke (MBBS, FRANZCR) is a Monash University graduate and diagnostic radiologist who specialises in musculoskeletal ultrasound. 

He is in private practice at Victoria House Medical Imaging in Prahran and has over 20 years of experience in sports imaging and is considered an expert in his field. Frank has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics, and was responsible (along with an orthopaedic colleague) for developing hydrodilatation, the treatment for frozen shoulder and over 70,000 procedures have been performed at Victoria House. Most Melbourne based AFL football teams, Melbourne Storm, Melbourne Victory, Australian Tennis Open, Australian cricket team and all visiting international rugby teams use his services. He was Imaging Co-ordinator for the 2006 Commonwealth Games and an attending radiologist at the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

Dr Rafal Grabinski

Dr Rafal Grabinski

Dr Rafal Grabinski (MBBS, FRANZCR) completed his training at Royal Melbourne Hospital following which he pursued fellowships in neuroradiology and musculoskeletal radiology. He joined I-MED Radiology in 2013.

Dr Grabinski is an experienced radiologist with subspecialty training and interest in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal radiology, diagnostic neuroradiology and emergency radiology. He also has an interest in research and regularly presents at national conferences.

At I-MED Radiology, we can access when necessary our I-TeleRAD teleradiology service and specifically the highly experienced radiologist, Dr Rafal Grabinski to ensure consistent high quality reporting and fast turn around times for referrers and their patients. I-TeleRAD operates from a sophisticated purpose built centre located in Melbourne. It is part of the I-MED Radiology Network and is the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting system in Australia.

Dr Frank Malara

Dr Frank Malara

Dr Frank  Malara (MBBS, FRANZCR) is a musculoskeletal radiologist based at Victoria House, Cabrini Hospital and Austin Health. He has completed fellowship training in neuroimaging, breast imaging and musculoskeletal imaging. As part of the team of radiologists at Victoria House, Frank has provided both an in hours and after hours reporting service to many professional athletes including Melbourne based AFL clubs, rugby and soccer teams as well as local and international cricketers and imaging for the Australian Tennis Open. He has expertise in image guided spinal and joint injections and has presented papers at local and international meetings.

Dr Tomas O'Shea

Dr Tomas O'Shea

Dr Tomas O'Shea (MBBS, FRANZCR) is a general diagnostic radiologist with considerable experience in musculoskeletal MRI and US.

Dr O'Shea is also an experienced interventional radiologist in the areas of musculoskeletal and spinal procedures.

He has a secondary interest in Emergency radiology with an appointment with i-Telerad. Dr O'Shea is a member of the Victorian Ski Patrol Association, a volunteer Paramedic at the Mt Buller Ski Patrol and a Lecturer for Australia Ski Patrol Association.

Dr Andrew Del Rio

Dr Andres del Rio

Dr Andres del Rio (MBBS (Hons), MMed, BPhysio (Hons), FRANZCR) is a consultant radiologist with a subspecialty interest in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal radiology. 

Andres graduated from the University of Melbourne with first class honours. He completed his specialty training at the Austin Hospital, followed by subspecialty fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging at Victoria House and St Vincent's Private (East Melbourne). 

Andres has broad expertise in general radiology (including ultrasound, CT and MRI). He also has an interest in emergency radiology, and regularly reports for I-Telerad radiology.

He is experienced in radiology guided musculoskeletal and spinal injections. As part of the team of radiologists at Victoria house, Andres provides a radiology services to many professional athletes in the AFL, Cricket Australia and the Australian Tennis Open. He is active in research and has presented papers at local and international meetings.

Dr Justin Roebert

Dr Justin Roebert

Dr Justin Roebert  BHB MBCHB, FRANZCR) obtained his Bachelor in Human Biology and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Auckland University. He then trained in Radiology in both Palmerston North and Auckland, New Zealand.

Before completing an MRI fellowship in Neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal Imaging at Cabrini and Victoria House, Dr Justin Roebert acted as Head of Department in the second largest regional cancer centre in New Zealand for two years. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal imaging and currently works at Victoria House and as Deputy Director in Epping Radiology.
