Patient search
For increased security and accuracy, the patient date of birth must be input into the search query to generate a list of results. Default search settings will display studies from the past 7 days and allow users to refine as needed.

View reports/images
Swiftly navigate from images to report, and vice versa, without reverting to the main menu.

Break glass
Search results will flag the existence of hidden studies or prompt you to update your search to discover outside studies. Break glass permission is only required once per patient now.

Send e-Referrals
Request follow-up imaging from within I-MED Online with the simple 4-step e-Referrals process, that pre-populates known patient and referrer information, saving time and increasing accuracy.

Save search query
Users can set their most frequently used search query as a default, ensuring future searches retain selected parameters unless reset.

View upcoming patient appointments
Referrers view upcoming I-MED appointments for their patients, along with book appointments on behalf of their patients through the integrated I-MED online booking platform.

Order referral pads
Referrers can order referral pads via the “My Account” link on the top menu. This function redirects users to the dedicated section on the I-MED website where our online forms are available.
